I recently had a very good stay at a hotel in Caceres. I was pleased to find that the hotel offered parking, which is not always easy to find in this area. Secondly, the facilities were excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms. And lastly, the breakfast provided was very good, with a variety of options to choose from.

My stay at this hotel was very enjoyable and I couldn't have asked for more.

The check-in process could be improved, as some guests struggled with the operation of the machine and unanswered phone calls for late check-in.

We stayed at the lovely Los Barruecos hotel for a stopover on our way to the ferry. The location was excellent, easy to find and close to a beautiful natural park and a peaceful lake. Our spacious room at the back of the hotel offered a nice view and was very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the cafeteria served delicious tapas and had a bar. The breakfast had plenty of options and the evening meal was tasty, served by a very helpful and friendly waiter.

Nothing it is perfect.

The hotel is in a great location. It's easy to access and close to the main road. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered us water, yoghurts and apples when we told them we were vegetarians. The room was pleasant and comfortable. We especially liked the peaceful spots for walks nearby, full of birdlife, like the natural park Los Barruecos.

The restaurant wasn't open during our stay, despite having read positive reviews about the food. , the breakfast buffet mainly had meat, so we didn't take it.
